Kidsential ensures the safety and satisfaction of both parties by arranging a call before the booked service date to confirm their agreement. Parents can also see reviews and require specific degree in baby-sitting from the nannies.
The design project for Kidsential involved UX, UI, and brand identity for two apps: Mom’s app and Nanny’s app. Desk and user research were conducted to identify the problems and perspectives of the target users. User stories and a detailed user journey were created based on the insights.
The app’s interface, brand identity system, and interactions were designed following the user flow. Usability testing was performed to ensure the intuitiveness of the solutions. Any issues or improvements were noted for the next sprint.
On the one hand, we strive to make our product user-friendly for parents and nannies of diverse age groups. We tailor our app to fit the needs and tastes of our target users, from accessibility to aesthetics.
On the other hand, nannies have revealed to face the challenge of having limited choices in their working hours with conventional hiring methods. We aspire to give them more freedom to work according to their capacity and convenience. This, however, adds complexity to the UX in terms of booking time-slots and finding compatible customers.
The name Kidsential inspired us to use essential shapes and colors for our graphic identity. We chose primary geometric shapes to evoke the fun of kid’s block toys. Our design aims to create a joyful and seamless experience for parents, kids, and nannies.
You can now save your time and money on searching for the right nanny. Kidsential. allows you to quickly search for those that work within your specific required time. You can decide how long you want the service and either the nanny should work day time, night time or stay-in.
In our powerful filter, you can easily search for nannies with specific qualifications in Child Education; similar background with your family for better understanding of culture; or years of experience should the nanny has. Kidsential believes every parent put safety first for their child and also their home. Therefore, having an experienced and trustworthy babysitter at hand is the prioritized value we want to bring to you.
Just like parents, nannies can easily keep their booked tele-interview list in handy, preview the requirements for the booking and through the interview, understand better of the family. They can totally reschedule if the booking does not match their timeline. The baby-sitters are also able to pick the time period they want to work in, how many days they want to rest after each booking and dates that they cannot work.
